
If you like trying something new, here is a soup recipe that you will love. Here is how you can make it:
Ingredients:
48 oz chicken broth
1 cup of regular milk or condensed milk
1 pack Italian seasoning
1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup of chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
8-10 lasagna noodles (break into 1-2 inch pieces)
3 chicken breast (cut into1/2 inch cubes)
1-2 tablespoons of oil (for cooking the chicken)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Saltine crackers (optional)
Additional 1/2 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning with butter in a medium sized pot till golden brown.
Add chicken broth, milk, noodles, spinach, salt, and pepper and let cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Meanwhile, cook chicken breast in an oiled pan until cooked all the way through. Then add the chicken to the soup.
Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese during the last few minutes of cooking, allowing time for the cheese to melt.
Add saltine crackers and additional cheese as a garnish - optional.
